The importance of food to the human being is as the importance of petrol to the car. A car would not be able to move if it does not have it. Therefore, it is important for all creatures to eat food. Food supplies our bodies with the fuel that gives us energy, which we need to do our everyday activities. But what kinds of food our bodies really need? We need water, vitamins, proteins, and other kinds that are in the food pyramid. So we should have an amount of all food kinds everyday, to supply our bodies with the fuel they need. No need to tell that avoiding junk food, and soft drinks is necessary for keeping ourselves healthy. .
