Preheat an oven to 425°F

Using a vegetable peeler, peel the squash
باستخدام مقشرة الخضار قشر القرع
Using a large, sharp knife, cut the squash crosswise
استعمل سكين كبيره وحاده وقطع بالعرض القرع
Scrape out and discard the seeds and fibers.
تخلص وارمي البذور والألياف
Cut all of the squash into1-inch chunks
قطع كل القرع الى كتل بمقاس1 انش.
Spread the pieces on a rimmed baking sheet
انشر القطع في وعاء الخبز (يكون مسطح)
Drizzle with the oil and toss with your hands to coat
بخ رذاذ الزيت وخلخله أو حركه بيدك حتى يكسوها
Add fresh rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
اضف روز ماري تبل بلملح والفلفل
Roast for 15 minutes. Stir the squash and continue roasting until tender and browned, 10 to 15 minutes more. Remove from the oven.
حمره 15 دقيقه حرك القرع واستمر بتحميصه حتى يطرا ويحمر
اكثر من 10 الى 15 دقيقه ازيله من الفرن
In a bowl mix together roasted butternut squash and cooked black rice.
في زبديه اخلط القرع المحمص والرز الاسود المطبوخ


In a small frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat until the foam subsides. Add the fresh rosemary and cook just until the butter turns a light hazelnut brown and the rosemary is crisp, about 30 seconds. Immediately pour the brown butter and rosemary over the squash and rice and toss to coat. Taste and adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper. Transfer to a warmed serving bowl and serve with roasted cashew nuts

في مقلاه ذوب الزبد على نار متوسطه حتى تهداء رغوتها اضف اكليل الجبل الطازج اطهوها حتى تصبح الزبد بني بندقي والرزماري كرسبي حوالي 30 ثانيه
صبها على الفور فوق القرع والرز حتى تكسوها او تغمرها
تذوقها واضبط تتبيلتها بالملح والفلفل تنقل الى وعاء التقديم وتقدم مع مكسرات الكاجو المحمصه.

وهي السونيت رقم 18

في لها تراجم جاهزه وهي إعادة صياغه بالعربيه لكن أنا راح أترجمها إن شاء الله بطريقه أخرى وشرح للي فهته ببحثي عن الكلمات الغريبه فيها ولو وحده عندها إضافه أو نقد لترجمتي ياريت تشاركني..

عندما بالأسطر الخالده في الزمن تنمي

طالما الرجال باستطاعتهم القرأه والعيون تقدر ترى

طالماهذا يحيا وهذا يهدي حياة لكي

Long before you or I were born, there reigned, in a country a great way off, a king who had three sons. This king once fell very ill–so ill that nobody thought he could live. His sons were very much grieved at their father’s sickness; and as they were walking together very mournfully in the garden of the palace, a little old man met them and asked what was the matter. They told him that their father was very ill, and that they were afraid nothing could save him. ’I know what would,’ said the little old man; ’it is the Water of Life. If he could have a draught of it he would be well again; but it is very hard to get.’ Then the eldest son said, ’I will soon find it’: and he went to the sick king, and begged that he might go in search of the Water of Life, as it was the only thing that could save him. ’No,’ said the king. ’I had rather die than place you in such great danger as you must meet with in your journey.’ But he begged so hard that the king let him go; and the prince thought to himself, ’If I bring my father this water, he will make me sole heir to his kingdom.’


من زمان طويل قبل ماإنت أوأنا ولدنا,كان هناك ملك, في بلاد عظيمه بعيده
الملك لديه 3 أبناء ذات مره مرض الملك مرض شديد ولاأحد أعتقد إنه سيعيش,
أبنائه جدا" إكتئبوا لمرض والدهم , عندما كانوا يمشون بحزن في حديقة القصر عجوز قصيرألتقى بهم وسألهم عن المشكله؟ وأخبروه أن والدهم مريض وهم خافون من أن لاشيء سينقذه
قال العجوز أعلم مانريد ...إنه ماء الحياه..إذا استطاعأن يرتشف منه ربمايتحسن مره أخرى
ولكن من الصعب الحصول عليه..ثم قال الابن البكر سأجده قريبا"ثم ذهب للملك المريض

وتوسله ذلك ويجب عليه يبحث عن ماء الحياه وأنه الشيء الوحيد الذي سينقذه..
قال الملك:لا ..أفضل الموت من تعريضك لهذاالخطر الكبيرالذي يمكن أن يصادفك في هذه الرحله
لكنه توسل بحراره للملك ليدعه يذهب...وأعتقد الأمير في داخل نفسه إذاأحظرت لأبي ماء الحياه سيجعلني وريث لمملكته..

Then he set out: and when he had gone on his way some time he came to a deep valley, overhung with rocks and woods; and as he looked around, he saw standing above him on one of the rocks a little ugly dwarf, with a sugarloaf cap and a scarlet cloak; and the dwarf called to him and said, ’Prince, whither so fast?’ ’What is that to thee, you ugly imp?’ said the prince haughtily, and rode on.





ثم إنطلق: وعندما كان في يرتحل في طريقه بعض الاحيان كان يأتي مع وادي عميق ,يتدلى مع الصخور والغابه وعندما كان يبحث في الأرجاء شاهد فوقه واقفا" قزم قبيح صغير مع قبعه سكارلوف وعبائه قرمزيه وخاطب الأمير: يأمير : أين على عجل؟
وماذا يعنيك ذا؟ ايها العفريت القبيح؟ قال الأمير بغطرسه وتابع طريقه.
