sabah elfull ya banat hawaa ... today is my first day in this diet, i hope by the end of these four days i will loose those ten pounds (not kilos) that i want .... i weighted my self this morning i was 183.6 pounds, i went for a walk about an hour and 15 minutes, then get home and drank a cup of water then one cup of tea with splenda and instead of toast i made my version of pan cake, (2 tbsp ground flaxseed - bezrat elketan, 2 tbsp whole wheat flour, one egg, vanilla, cinnamon - erfaa, one tbsp low fat milk and 3 tbsp splenda) wow this was my first time to do it and it really tastes good and only it has less than 200 calories and you feel full after it in addition it has bezret elketan which has omega3 which helps in boosting your metabolism (burn more fat), after couple of hours i will be eating an apple in shaa ALLAH, then go to my school and have lunch there ....

banat when i come back i will write to you my lunch and my dinner and tomorrow i will weight and tell you the result of the first day

let's do this together and encourage each other .... what made me feel that this diet might work for me is that sahbet el mawdoo3 (Sada El2hzan) lost more than two kilos and she is near to her perfect weight, all what i need is four kilos for now and it would be great for me .... pray for me please to go on and lose them and lets hear from you your experience

habebteee .... I am with you from tomorrow .... lets encourage each other to complete these four days .... i will write to you each day in shaa ALLAH .... but you did this diet before ? it really can make me loose 4 kilos ..... I am going to walk more than one hour daily ... the problem is that i am trying to loose weight but the scale is moving verrryyyyyyyyyyy slow .... please pray for me habebeteee .... sorry for writing in english my keyboad has no arabic .... write to you tomorrow

مرحبا...هلا فيك.....والله انا مانزلت الموضوع الا علشان نشجع بعض..اما انا فاعملت هذا الريجيم من قبل وكان وزني 61 ونزل لل58ولكن مع الاسف حطيت يومين مفتوح ورجعت لل59 ........
اما عن المشي فانا مااقدر امشي لان بيتي شقة لكن اعمل رياضه لمدة ربع ساعه..........
اما عن الوزن فانا كذا ماينزل وزني بسهولة لكن ان شاء الله مع الريجيم راح ينزل....واهم شي الماء.......والله يحقق لك امنيتك وتوصلي الوزن اللي تتمنية امين يارب.....
اما عن الانجليزي لاتخافي فهمتك:)
