Aiming for balance :

Does anybody know why I'm blocked from starting a new thread in some sections? I tried to start something in the section labeled "النشاط الطلابي والوسائل التعليمية" but it keeps coming up with the following: ClassyandFabKSA, لا تملك تصريح بدخول هذه الصفحة. قد يكون هذا أحد الأسباب التالية وربما بسبب آخر:<ol class="text-right"><li class="text-right">حسابك قد لا يكون فيه صلاحيات لدخول هذه الصفحة. هل تحاول تعديل رسالة عضو آخر, اوالدخول لميزات إدارية . آخر؟<li class="text-right">إذا كنت تحاول المشاركة, ربما قامت الإدارة بحظر حسابك, أو لا يزال حسابك بإنتظار موافقة الإدارة, او أن القسم مقفل. [/LIST] Any ideas how or when this limitation would be removed?
