pyto shape

dear all i am from oman and i used pyto shape for a month now i managed to lose 7kg . i weighed 85 kg when i started .the first day i felt headache so i was told to drink plenty of water and it worked.mind u i lost it without exersicing.it makes u thirsty all the time and reduces ur appetite.i will continue using it until i reach my target which is 68kg wish me luck.i am going to add exersice and diet starting from march
