don't worry. if your tubes are blocked. a fertility specialist can do a tubal surgery for you and can open them. but after that it might be hard to get a pregnancy without IVF, and with this surgery you might get twins or triplets Inshallah. but at the end believe me..it is not in our hand..it is a gift from Allah. Whenever he wants to give us..it will happen. just go to the doctor and ask him to do a tubal surgery for you to open your tubes and don't waist time...try to do IVF after that. Probably, after the surgery he will give you fertility treatments like Clomid or Pergonal to induce ovulation for six months. after that if you don't get pregnant with that..he will try to do HCG shots. then at the end if nothing work...he will recommend IVF.

Inshallah you will have lots of babies but don't waist time and go do the surgery sister. May Allah reward your patience with a very beautiful baby soon. :41:
