how is every one ?? about me ah what to say am so diappointed from my self next friday i have my cousin wedding and till now i havent doen any dress , i wanted to losse first but till now i didnt i even dont want to go to shop to look for a dress

i eat samall amount of food but the biggest problem is exercise i finish my work at 5 or 6 and i come home so tired , i cant do anything els i just want to relax

my weight is stoped decreasing as well

Mut7msa wall u encourge me when u talked about ur self in orgnaizing ur cloths and everything

coz i really want to change evrything in my draw and buy new cloths

i dont know when will be the right time

girls want to ask u about the injuction for gastring binnding < it has to be after 2 months or we can do it after one months coz i really want to lose quickly
