she uses words that we never ever ever use at home, sometimes she even pushes me and tells me to go away, I don't mind her developing a strong personality, not a all , but what gets me, is her turning into a cheeky little creature..
Speaking of TV, It's been four years since we cut our TV out FOR GOOD..

Series all day everyday haha, well not all day, I usually watch one episode after my daughter is put to bed, my way to relax and forget my tiring day!!
Girl , when you were napping, I was debating at Uni, NOT FAIR!!

We must be in different areas of the world. Fridays here mean no work or school. Sometimes I can get away with no cooking as well like today. Last year we had family commitments every Friday but we recently moved to the Eastern province and none of us have family here. Therefore, I lazily pass the hours away.
Having children in daycares or schools means having to continuously filter out the bad stuff they pick up. What worsens it is their tendency to absorb the bad much quicker than the good. My eldest has me pulling out my hair at times.
I think the age of two, albeit named the terrible twos, is fascinating. The new words, the sentence formation, the innocent remarks, are all just too cute. May Allah bless your little girl and may she grow into the strong woman you hope for.
