آيس كريم شكولا
2 oz cream cheese (creamed)
1-2 tsp of cocoa powder
2 pkgs of splenda
1 tablespoon of cream
splash of vanilla
تخلط جيدا ثم توضع في الفريزر ساعة
فانيلا آيس كريم
2 eggs, preferably organic
60ml cream
1 tbs vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste
Separate the eggs and whisk the whites till fluffy. Use a big bowl.
Whisk the cream till thick.
Whisk the egg yolks, sweetener and vanilla together till creamy.
Dump the cream and egg yolk into the whites and fold in.
Divide into four containers and freeze.
These taste exactly like proper ice-cream. You can even eat them straight from the freezer. And they are not maga high in calories either.

~Put the sugar free jelly granules in a measuring jug.
